the Safely Strong program
Postpartum women are at a higher risk of back, abdominal, and pelvic floor injuries when returning to the gym.
This is because many women have not properly healed after giving birth.
They unknowingly are jumping from A to C, injuring themselves in the process.
As a member of the Safely Strong program you will have access to bridge activities that will continue to heal and strengthen your core, postural muscles and major muscles groups in preparation to return to traditional workouts.
As a member of this community you will have access to Dr. Caitlin via 1 on 1 coaching sessions where she will create a personalized program based on your individual experience and goals.
