5 Post-Antibiotic Gut Healing Tips for Kids
We all know that antibiotics don’t just kill the bad bacteria, they kill the good bacteria too! And in a perfect world, our children’s guts would repopulate all that good stuff with resiliency… but our world is far from perfect. Seed oils, fried foods, and processed sugars are just a few things that make our children’s health less resilient. Not to mention multiple rounds of antibiotics.

One of the main reasons I am writing this for parents is to point out that never in recorded or researched history have our children been found to develop their skills as late as they are developing them today…
I wonder how this forward shift in normal skill acquisition (that is not based on science, but simply a report of what children are doing today) will affect the next generation of children emotionally, physically and intellectually? I guess only time will tell.
We should appreciate this information for what it is — a report on the current state of affairs — and not confuse it for what it certainly is not — normal.
